'Port Franks Beach Path' is from the 'Lake Moods Collection' and is a one-of-a-kind original artwork.
The Port Franks beach on Lake Huron has always been a fav... I've had so many good times here over the years. I've painted this view before, there's just something about this spot that captures the excitement of walking the narrow dune path between the fence and tall grasses that leads to the beach... and then arriving to see that brilliant expanse of deep blue water.
Lake Moods Collection - Capturing the ever changing moods of water and sky... I currently have artwork in galleries on both Lake Erie and Lake Huron. As a result, I've been spending time photographing and enjoying both these wonderful lakes views. I couldn't help but notice the variety of moods that each lake embodies... and just how quickly they change!
