RETURNS:

The artworks listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual computer monitors make it impossible for artwork to look exactly the same on every computer screen.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and digital download products.
Only regular priced items may be refunded and must be within 14 days of purchase. Sale or discounted items are not refundable. Refunds are at my discretion. If the return is due to customer indecision, then only the product price will be refunded, not the shipping cost. The buyer is also responsible for fully insured return shipping costs to send the item back. A refund will not be issued until the returned item(s) are received, in the same condition as when sent to the customer.
DAMAGED PACKAGES: Returns are accepted if artwork arrives damaged. In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment and if possible photograph the damage. Please retain the artwork and all packaging materials, including the box, as they will be needed to launch the insurance claim investigation process with the shipping provider. Please note you will need to comply with the insurance claim process to receive the refund. In the event of a claim, the shipping carrier may need to contact you to verify the accuracy of the information that has been provided to them.
