PAYMENT:
My shop uses PayPal & Shopify as payment methods, both accept credit cards. With a Paypal account you can also pay using your Paypal funds.
Note: Always include your phone number when checking out as phone numbers are required for shipping labels and customs forms.
SHIPPING:

Items are shipped out from Canada (my location).
I ship almost exclusively with CanadaPost.

Art print shipping methods will vary according to the order size, weight and dollar value.

Once your item(s) is shipped, and if applicable, I will e-mail you with the item's tracking number that can be tracked on the CanadaPost website.

SHIPPING RATES & TIMES:
Please see my individual listings for shipping rates to Canada and U.S.A. Dependent on the product, some international shipping prices may also be listed.

On the checkout page is a shipping calculator so you can see how much shipping will be before paying. Please be sure if you change quantities of an item to click "update cart" and re-enter your location again to get a revised shipping rate.

Canada and USA - TrackedPacket, SmallPacket air and regular/Registered LetterPost may take 2-3 weeks to arrive. There is NO insurance or tracking on regular LetterPost or SmallPacket. There IS insurance and tracking on Registered LetterPost, and TrackedPacket

Canada and USA - Expedited parcel shipping may take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location. Insurance and tracking IS included in Expedited parcel.

I do offer an ExpressPost option for Canada and USA for quicker shipping. Please contact me if you would like an ExpressPost shipping quote.

NOTE: There are no customs/duty fees for artwork shipped from Canada to USA.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
If possible, I will ship worldwide to countries where CanadaPost provides fully insured service. Some international countries are listed in my shipping profile. If you have any questions about whether I can ship to your country, please contact me and I can send you the shipping rates and particulars for shipping. When requesting a shipping quote, please include your country, city, postal code and which artworks you are interest in.

NOTE: Buyer is responsible for any duties or taxes.

COMBINED SHIPPING:
I can combine shipping costs on similarly sized paintings and prints. Please e-mail me for details on shipping discounts for multiple purchases.

PLEASE NOTE:
Buyer is responsible for all taxes and duties (artwork is duty free to Canada and the United States). Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark the merchandise value below value or mark items as 'gifts' as international government regulations prohibit such behavior.

RETURNS:
The artworks listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual computer monitors make it impossible for artwork to look exactly the same on every computer screen.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products.
Only regular priced items may be refunded and must be within 30 days of purchase. Sale or discounted items cannot be refunded. 
Refunds are at our discretion. If the return is due to customer indecision, then only the painting price will be refunded, not the shipping cost. The buyer is also responsible for fully insured return shipping costs to send the item back. A refund will not be issued until the returned item(s) are received, in the same condition as when sent to the customer.

DAMAGED PACKAGES:
Returns are accepted if artwork arrives damaged. The customer will receive a refund and an insurance claim with CanadaPost will be filed.
In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment. Please retain the artwork and all packaging materials, including the box, as they will be needed to launch the insurance claim investigation process with Canada Post. 
In the event of a claim, Canadapost will need to contact you to verify the information that has been provided to them.
