'Main Beach Turn-Around' is from the 'Lake Moods Collection' and is a one-of-a-kind original artwork.
This is the turnaround at the main beach here in Port Stanley. It was a moody day, which is reflected in the fact there's nobody at the beach. As an artist I was enamored with the dense low hanging sky and smooth water. I also love the repeated wood posts in the foreground that gives a sense of the location.
Lake Moods Collection - Capturing the ever changing moods of water and sky... I currently have artwork in galleries on both Lake Erie and Lake Huron. As a result, I've been spending time photographing and enjoying both these wonderful lakes views. I couldn't help but notice the variety of moods that each lake embodies... and just how quickly they change!
