Pink Hydrangea Original Painting on Paper
DAY 8/30 'Pink Hydrangea'- These Hydrangea belong to my lovely neighbor, an avid art fan who was delighted when she looked out to see me painting them lol. These are very interesting flowers... I just love the big globe shape made of small petals and their large green leaves that are thick and very beefy.
A brief afternoon rain shower happened part way through to cool things off, but I was able to get back to finish this painting. I was worried part way through that it wasn't going to come together but I think it was the final details that give the sparkle to make this one work. I'm very happy with how it turned out, I hope you enjoy it!!!
