DAY 21/30 'Crab Apples', Crab apples are just so fall!! I remember as a kid trying to eat one, they look so tempting... I didn't love it but the deers do lol!!! For an apple the fruit is small and mis-shapen, and at this time of year the leaves are getting dried out with red brown patches. I composed this on my deck, so that's the background texture, the sun also cast some great shadows so I incorporated those too to add interest.
This is a lovely fall painting that would make a perfect painting for a nook in your kitchen, enjoy!!
