I love days when the warm sun shines through my art studio window, especially in March! It doesn't really make for a great painting situation with the bright direct light, but it does make for a great mental health and inspiration situation. When they say live in the moment, I think that means taking advantage of whatever is offered in that moment and appreciating it for all its worth.
