The imagery in this painting is from my imagination, so no source material was references. I posted a very quick 1 minute time lapse of this painting a few years ago on my YouTube channel, but I thought I'd post this longer one so you could get a better sense of the process.
This painting was created using acrylic paint on stretched canvas. I start with an orange base as it makes the colors I put on top brighter, plus and any gaps between strokes will show orange instead of white.
