Orange canvas time... means new paintings are in the works!!! This is the exciting part, full of anticipation as I imagine what I might put on these freshly prepped canvases.
These will be lake inspired paintings and several will be of lake Huron. I was invited to show work at the Main Street Gallery in Bayfield and they were excited to have me capture some views of Lake Huron
The shift in light and the difference in depths of these two lakes makes for very different colors and vibe. I'm looking forward to exploring some of those differences.
