DAY 17/30 'Sedum', I painted this sedum plant while sitting in our garden. My hubby rescued this plant when someone threw it out behind a dumpster. It has given us showy blooms ever since, so it's been a total win/win for us both.
I sat close to the ground so that I could get some of the sky in this painting as a nice contrast for all the greenery. That's the advantage of plein air, you can change your perspective to help make the painting more interesting. I love how this painting turned out, and I'd like to think my friend, the sedum, thinks so to lol. Enjoy!!
