A work in progress. I'm always so excited to see how it will come out.
One thing I've learned over my years as an artist... the difference between a new hobby artist and an experienced professional artist is in the confidence level when starting a painting. A pro knows that no matter what the journey, the skill is there to make it all work out beautifully in the end.
That skill doesn't come cheap. It takes hundreds, if not thousands (I'm in the thousands camp) of paintings to get the experience and confidence to know that you can make something of value.
