Description of Workshop...

This is a full day workshop!!!

Participants will experiment with creating artworks using inspiration from water and sky.

We will create 2-3 small pieces (time permitting) that uses water/sky imagery as a point of departure, with a focus on colour, composition and mark-making to add interest and find visual rhythms to express the mood within a waterscape view.

The art collections that inspired this workshop...

The painting collections that I created below are all based on views of the lake. I live in Port Stanley so the subject is readily available. The water and sky are so changable, that you could paint it everyday and have something different each time.
