NOTE: Prices do not include frame, shipping, or tax (but I can send a shipping quote prior to purchase). Please also note that I require a non-refundable deposit to hold your booking.
The canvas used is wrapped and stapled on the back. The painted image is also extended around the sides so that the painting may be hung with or without a frame. You can choose between either regular depth canvas (3/4"), or gallery depth canvas (1 1/2") CONTACT me for details.
Payment plans are available....
Payments are usually made in two installments, however, other payment plans are an option as well, CONTACT me to make arrangements.
This listing is for a $100 deposit (non-refundable) that will reserve your commission booking.
The remaining amount will be billed after I complete the painting.
Artworks will be completed in order of reservation.

Payments / Shipping / Returns
Accepted Payments - I currently accept payments using Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. With these payment methods you can use credit cards or your existing account balances.
Payment Layaway Plans - I have been looking into a way to have that ability directly through my website (hopefully coming soon). Currently if you are purchasing an order over $200 (20% non-refundable deposit) and would like to set up a layaway payment plan option please feel free to CONTACT me and we can set something up. (Note: artwork will not be shipped until payment is complete). I require full payment before any artwork is shipped
Note: Always include your phone number when checking out as phone numbers are required for shipping labels and customs forms.
Due to this years unprecedented shipping volume and COVID, CanadaPost has been running behind. Unfortunately, that means many of your orders are stuck in transit and may take longer than expected to arrive to your destination. Please know your patience is appreciated
FAQ ABOUT ORDERS:
***My tracking says the order has been “accepted” but it hasn't been updated in days/weeks, was it ever shipped?
-Yes, “accepted” means it is at the post office and is doing 1 of 2 things. It's either still at the post office and waiting to move or it's actually on the way and hasn't been scanned while in transit. But IT WILL eventually move!
**My tracking says “in transit” but it hasn't been updated in a long time, is it lost? No, it is still on the way.
-A lot of the packages move and then sit and move and then sit and so on. It is truly living up to its “snail mail” name and taking a million years, but it is on the way!
***Can you see more information about my package than I can?
-No, you and I see the exact same thing when we track your package.
***Should I call USPS to inquire about my “lost” package?
-You can but since they are so overwhelmed with inquiries right now and I can see that packages are still moving and being delivered even after long wait times, I'd wait until we know for sure it is lost.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders over $35USD to Canada & USA
Items are shipped out from Port Stanley, Ontario, Canada (my location). I ship primarily with Canada Post and sometimes with UPS. Shipping methods will vary according to the order size, weight and dollar value.
Once your item(s) is shipped, and if applicable, I will e-mail you with the item's tracking number that can be tracked online.
Shipping Rates & Times - On the checkout page is a shipping rate calculator so you can see how much shipping will be before purchasing. Free standard shipping over $35USD uses a base shipping service, you can pay extra to upgrade shipping for speed or tracking.
***Canada & USA & International Shipments- Tracked Packet, Small Packet Air and Regular/Registered Lettermail Post may take 2-4 weeks to arrive.
***Canada & USA - Expedited Parcel shipping may take 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on your location.
***Canada & USA & International Shipments- I do offer an Express Post option for quicker shipping. Please contact me for an Express Post shipping quote.
Insurance & Tracking
***There is NO insurance or tracking on regular Letter Post or Small Packet.
***There IS insurance and tracking on Registered Letter Post, Tracked Packet, Expedited and Express Post and UPS shipments.
International Shipping- Currently I ship to: Canada, United States, France, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, Finland, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, Spain. If possible, I will ship worldwide to countries where Canada Post or select couriers provides fully insured service.
Some international countries are listed in the shipping calculator on the cart page. If you have any questions about whether I can ship to your country, please CONTACT me and I can send you the shipping rates and particulars for shipping. When requesting a shipping quote, please include your country, city, postal code and which artworks you are interest in.
NOTE: Buyer is responsible for all taxes, duties and fees (artwork is duty free to Canada and the United States). Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up. Do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark the merchandise value below value or mark items as 'gifts' as international government regulations prohibit such behavior.
RETURNS:***I try to work with every customer in order to resolve any issues to both of our satisfaction. Please CONTACT me if you have any questions***
The artworks listed are described and photographed as accurately as possible, although variations in individual computer monitors make it impossible for artwork to look exactly the same on every computer screen.
Non-returnable items include gift cards and downloadable products.
Only regular priced items may be refunded and must be within 30 days of purchase. Sale or discounted items are not refundable.
Refunds and returns are at my discretion. If the return is due to customer indecision, then only the product price will be refunded, not the shipping cost. The buyer is also responsible for fully insured return shipping costs to send the item back. A refund will not be issued until the returned item(s) are received, in the same condition as when sent to the customer. Please CONTACT me BEFORE returning any items.
DAMAGED PACKAGES: Returns are accepted if artwork arrives damaged. The customer will receive a refund and an insurance claim with Canada Post will be filed.
In case of damage during shipping, please contact me as soon as you receive the shipment. Please retain the artwork and all packaging materials, including the box, as they will be needed to launch the insurance claim investigation process with Canada Post.
In the event of a claim, Canada Post will need to contact you to verify the information that has been provided to them. If you have any questions at all please be sure to CONTACT me !!
